The U.S Regular Plate Blocks COMPLETE ONLY contain spaces for definitive stamps such as flags and high value stamps, and coil stamps. For se-tenant issues (issues with more than one design per sheet), if the plate number on the sheet is next to a different stamp, an example of each will be included. For coil stamps, those are shown as plate number strips of 3 or more.
If you are looking for spaces for commemorative plate blocks in addition to these pages, you would also need the White Ace U.S. Commemorative Plate Block COMPLETE.
Made from acid-free 60 lb. heavy card stock, with rounded corners, that has distinguished the White Ace line of stamp pages for decades.
Fits in a standard 3 ring binder.
