The Commemorative Plate Blocks COMPLETE are for collectors wishing to assemble a more detailed and comprehensive collection of plate blocks. For se-tenant issues (issues with more than one design per sheet), if the plate number on the sheet is next to a different stamp, an example of each will be included.
Note: These supplements do not contain spaces for definitive issues such as flags or high values, or coil stamps. These can be purchased separately and are called White Ace Regular Plate Blocks COMPLETE.
Made from acid-free 60 lb. heavy card stock, with rounded corners, that has distinguished the White Ace line of stamp pages for decades.
Fits in any standard 3 ring binder
