From $14.00
Contains spaces for U.S. Booklet Panes, Officials, Postage Due, and Special Delivery Stamps.
The pages are considered “hingeless” as the clear mounts are already included and affixed where the stamp would go in the album, meaning all you need to do is carefully insert your stamps!
Years 1879-2000 contain spaces for official stamps, and years 1879-1992 contain spaces for special delivery and postage due stamps as well. These stamps were no longer issued after those years, which is why they are no longer included in recent years.
Yearly supplements are published in June of each year.
